Project Overview


Refinery Media, a young creative agency in the UK specializing in content for the VC industry, faced challenges managing and organizing client content effectively. Their previous method relied on a Google Sheet where clients submitted content ideas, article suggestions, and sources like YouTube videos, blogs, and podcasts. With numerous clients and a constant flow of ideas, the agency struggled to stay organized, maintain content quality, and execute a cohesive strategy.

To address these issues, we implemented a custom-built content generation and management dashboard in ClickUp. This solution enabled clients to submit content ideas centrally, triggering automated content generation based on their inputs. Using Make.com and OpenAI, we automated the creation of blog posts, LinkedIn updates, and tweets, saving Refinery Media valuable time. Additionally, we developed a custom GPT to ensure all content maintained the agency’s tone and context. We also integrated LinkedIn scraping bots to generate fresh content ideas weekly and established a monthly newsletter automation that compiled each client’s recent posts into a cohesive summary.
