Project overview
Evergreen Solutions, a forward-thinking company, aimed to improve their SEO and online presence. They faced challenges in generating high-quality content consistently and managing their social media engagement effectively.
To address these needs, we built a two-part, multi-faceted content creation system. The first part focused on automated blog creation, leveraging OpenAI and Make.com. This system publishes content directly to the client's site in Webflow after a quick review process set up in Airtable. Clients simply input 3-4 keywords, and our automation creates a blog post template in Google Docs, iteratively writing detailed and natural-sounding sections, which are then combined into a cohesive article.
In addition to the blog creation system, we developed an automated social media content management system. This system allowed Evergreen Solutions to create cross-platform content automatically, saving time and carving out more online real estate. Each new blog post or YouTube video triggered the creation of tweets, Facebook posts, and Instagram content. All content was subject to a one-click review process in Airtable, ensuring quality and consistency before publishing. This not only expanded their online presence but also grew their social media audiences, driving more engagement and brand awareness.
Project execution
We began by setting up the automated blog creation system. Using OpenAI and Make.com, the process starts with the client providing keywords they want to rank for. Our automation then generates a structured blog template in Google Docs. Each section is crafted with precision to ensure a detailed and engaging blog post. After review in Airtable, the post is published to the client's Webflow site, significantly boosting web traffic.
The second part of our solution was the social media content management system. This system creates cross-platform content automatically, saving time and expanding online presence. We built automations to generate tweets, Facebook posts, and Instagram content each time a new blog post is published or a YouTube video is created. All content undergoes a one-click review process in Airtable, ensuring client satisfaction before publishing.
