Stream Video Solutions, a small sales company in the telecom industry, faced challenges visualizing business performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying actionable trends. With limited organizational structure, they struggled to manage sales processes effectively, lacking both a clear CRM system and a dashboard to monitor their metrics in real-time. To address these challenges, I implemented a CRM system using Pipedrive, creating a structured and visual sales pipeline to manage deals at every stage. This system allowed the team to log calls, update deal statuses, and benefit from automated follow-up reminders, transforming their sales process into an organized, efficient workflow.
Next, I developed a set of customized dashboards in Klipfolio, linking it to Stream Video Solutions' key applications (Pipedrive, Pardot, Expensify, and Google Ads) via API for real-time data integration. These dashboards displayed metrics such as YTD and MTD sales, call data, and KPI tracking with visual indicators to highlight progress toward goals. By designing various bar and pie charts, I created a visually engaging and insightful overview of the company’s sales performance.
